A $3.4 million resurfacing project will begin Monday in Delaware County and Philadelphia.
Crews will work overnight, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. on weekdays, according to PennDot. The project is expected to continue through December. Work will begin between Route 420 in Delaware County and Girard Point Bridge in Philadelphia. Crews will also resurface I-95 southbound, beginning south of the Interstate 476 interchange to Route 322 through Delaware County.
The work is funded by the state's new transportation program.
