A Bucks County woman was killed in a hit-and-run accident after she left a Delaware Avenue nightclub early yesterday, Philadelphia police reported.

Hannah Cintron, 20, of Fairless Hills, was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:23 a.m., police spokeswoman Tanya Little said.

Cintron had left the Roxxy/Bamboo Bar and was walking across the 900 block of North Delaware Avenue when a northbound pickup truck hit her, Little said.

A witness got into his car and phoned 911 as he followed the pickup, which police stopped on Madison Street near the Allegheny Avenue exit of I-95, Little said.

Edward Dunphy, 28, of the 330 block of Tyson Avenue, was arrested and charged with homicide by vehicle and other counts.

The club has two sections, one of which caters to those 18 to 21, Little said.
