New SEPTA Regional Rail schedules start Sunday

New schedules on several of SEPTA's Regional Rail lines go into effect Sunday.

The transit agency says those changes include:

- Additional express trains during the morning and evening rush hours on the Paoli/Thorndale Line

- Primos Station added as an express train on the Media/Elwyn Line

- Mid-day train service (replacing the temporary shuttle bus operation) restored between Colmar and Doylestown on the Lansdale/Doylestown Line

- Three-to-five-minute adjustments to weekday times on the Manayunk/Norristown Lines due to ongoing track work

In other SEPTA news, the trolley tunnel in Center City will remain closed through 5 a.m. Monday for construction work. That shutdown began last weekend.
