Triple shooting in S.W. Philly leaves 1 dead, 1 in critical, 1 in stable

One man was killed and two other people wounded in a triple shooting Wednesday night in Southwest Philadelphia.

One man was killed and two other people wounded in a triple shooting Wednesday night in Southwest Philadelphia, police said.

Just after 6:35 p.m. in the 2000 block of South 66th Street, a 27-year-old man was shot several times. He was rushed by police to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 6:51 p.m.

A 26-year-old man who also was shot several times was taken by police to Penn Presbyterian and was listed in critical condition.

A 27-year-old woman who was shot twice in her right leg was taken by police to Penn Presbyterian and was listed in stable condition.

Police reported no arrests or motive.
