Haverford Township Police are looking for more people who may have seen something before or after the random attack and fatal shooting of 29-year-old John Le on Saturday.

In a tweet Wednesday evening, police released additional pictures from surveillance footage appearing to show three people — a young man riding a bike, a woman looking at her cellphone, and a man in a black shirt and shorts — on the 2300 block of Haverford Road just before the time Le was shot.

Authorities have identified the suspected shooter as 24-year-old Derrick Rollins of Philadelphia.

Chief John Viola said Thursday morning that police have spoken with the woman in the video since the photos were released, but that she did not see anything relevant to the crime. He said video appears to show the man in shorts walking past Rollins, but that detectives were uncertain whether he or the young man on the bike saw anything that might prove useful in the investigation.

Police on Thursday were continuing their manhunt for Rollins, who is suspected of fatally shooting Le just after 6 p.m. Saturday outside an apartment building. Viola said that there were no additional leads in the search, but that police were still centering their efforts in Philadelphia, where Rollins lived. On Monday, police raided houses linked to him in West Philadelphia and Kensington, and recovered a gray Volvo they said he owns and used as a getaway car.

The potential reward for information leading to Rollins' arrest and conviction is $7,500.

Rollins also is believed to have fired 17 shots at people in Overbrook Park about 45 minutes before the killing of Le. No one was injured in that incident.

Police have said Le and Rollins did not know each other, and that the motive for the shooting remains a mystery because it did not appear that Le was robbed.
