Another round of snow disrupts travel, prompts delayed openings
Another round of snow is making its way through the Philadelphia area early this morning, causing some travel issues and delayed openings.
Most parts of the region should see just a few inches of the white stuff. The National Weather Service said 3 inches had fallen at Philadelphia International Airport by 7 a.m.

Travel
PennDOT had reduced speed limits on most highways in the Philadelphia region this morning, but those restrictions were lifted around noon. The agency said this afternoon that it was continuing to treat roadways.
A number of accidents have occurred around the region. A reportedly fatal crash was reported on I-95 North in Philadelphia between the I-676 and Girard/Lehigh Avenue exits, tying up traffic there for hours. State police said troopers were at the scene and further details weren't immediately available.
Speed restrictions were also in place on the New Jersey Turnpike, with the speed limit reduced to 35 mph between the Delaware Memorial Bridge and Interchange 7A and to 45 mph between Interchange 7A and the George Washington Bridge.
There is no A or B service on SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line; all trains are making all stops.
SEPTA was warning subway and Regional Rail passengers that platforms and parking lots are slippery, and riders should use caution.
N.J. Transit said rail, bus, light rail and private bus carrier tickets and passes would be cross-honored system-wide.
The Federal Aviation Administration temporarily grounded all flights at Philadelphia International Airport due to weather conditions, but that stop has been lifted.
A few dozen flights into and out of the airport have been canceled, according to the flight-tracking website FlightAware.
Schools
Most suburban schools are opening late.
A few colleges, including Rowan University, Villanova University and Swarthmore College, also have delayed openings.
Government
New Jersey state offices are opening late, at 11 a.m., for non-essential workers.
Chester County government offices and courts are operating on a two-hour delay.
There is no trash and recycling pickup in Philadelphia today. Residents with Tuesday pickup should hold their trash until next Tuesday.
Philadelphia Traffic Court is opening two hours late.
Forecast
