Man shot to death in North Philly

An unidentified man was shot to death Wednesday evening in North Philadelphia, police said.

The victim was shot four times in the back of the head about 6:50 p.m. in the 300 block of West Westmoreland Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics at 7:02 p.m.

Police reported no arrests.
