Man shot in head in East Germantown

An unidentified man was in critical condition after being shot in the head Tuesday night in the city's East Germantown section.

Police said the victim, described as in his late 20s, was shot shortly after 6:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Haines Street. He was taken by police to Einstein Medical Center.

Police reported no arrests.
