$450K jackpot is area's 3d in 3 weeks

The Pennsylvania Lottery's Cash 5 drawing was hit for $450,000 on Monday in the suburbs, the game's third jackpot won in the area in three weeks.

Matching all the numbers  -- 3, 6, 27, 32 and 42  -- in the drawing for Oct. 20 was a single ticket sold at the Giant Food Store, 550 E. Lancaster Ave., in St. Davids, Delaware County.

In the Cash 5 drawing for Saturday, Oct. 11, two tickets – one sold in Philadelphia, another in Butler County – each won half of a $125,000 jackpot. They were purchased at Discount Plus Variety, 15 S. 60th St., in West Philadelphia, and at Tony Dilulio's Exxon, 517 S. Main St., in Zelienople. The numbers were 3, 7, 10, 33 and 36.

A Philadelphia ticket won $401,999.50 – half of the Cash 5 jackpot for Tuesday, Sept. 30 --  by matching 06, 20, 22, 31 and 36. The city ticket was sold at the Acme Market, 6601 Roosevelt Boulevard in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia. The other winner was sold at the Blue Eagle Market,  at Blue Eagle Market, 726 Broadway Ave., in McKees Rocks, Allegheny County.
