Robbery reported at Caesars Atlantic City

New Jersey State Police said they were investigating a robbery Monday morning at Caesars Atlantic City Hotel & Casino.

State police declined to provide details, but The Press of Atlantic City reported that two plastic cash boxes containing more than $180,000 were taken from the casino by two masked men, one armed with a gun.

The newspaper said the information was contained in a flier distributed among law enforcement agencies.
