FBI releases photos of suspected sexual predator

The FBI is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspected sexual predator they have dubbed John Doe 27 and is seen on videos and images engaging in sexually explicit activities with a child.

Investigators released a series of enhanced photographs that they believe can provide clues as to the man's identity.

Based on audio, the man may have referred to himself as "Jimmy" and speaks with a Southern accent, the FBI said.

The agency said there are no clues as to the man's whereabouts or even if he is in the United States.

The suspect appears to be a white male, possibly in his 40s or 50s, with dark hair and dark eyes.

The photos released by the FBI also show a plaid arm chair and a ring on the suspect's right hand.
