Woman grabbed, sexually assaulted in West Philadelphia

A middle-aged woman was grabbed off the street and sexually assaulted early Saturday, police said, in West Philadelphia.

A middle-aged woman was grabbed off the street and sexually assaulted early Saturday, police said, in West Philadelphia.

Around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, the 48-year-old woman was forced into a vehicle on the 5000 block of Irving Street, according to preliminary information provided by Officer Tanya Little, a spokeswoman for the Philadelphia Police Department.

The victim was then driven to an unknown location, where she was sexually assaulted by two men and released.

Both men wore ski masks, police said. The first attacker is described as a black male with a thin build. The other is a heavyset black male with a beard.
