Teen shot dead in North Philadelphia was from Willow Grove
The youth shot dead in broad daylight under a train trestle in North Philadelphia on Thursday has been identified as 15-year-old boy from Willow Grove.Homicide investigators have not yet reported if they have established a motive in he slaying of Tre Dawkins, of the unit block of Twin Brooks Drive. Police said Dawkins was shot in the chest under the trestle near the North Philadelphia Station about 11:50 a.m. and was pronounced dead at 12:23 p.m. at Temple University Hospital.
