Pennsylvania has a few new millionaires. At least, before Uncle Same takes his cut.

Two players won $1 million in the latest Powerball and Mega Millions drawings, and another player hit for $1.28 million Monday night in Cash 5.

Sorry, Philly fans, but they were all bought west of Reading.

Wednesday's Powerball jackpot is up to $146 million for the annuity, $95.4 million cash, because no one matched all of Saturday night's numbers: 13, 14, 41, 49 and 59, with a Powerball of 14.

Missing only the Powerball were tickets sold in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Tennessee and Texas. They all won $1 million. The Pennsylvania ticket was sold at the Turkey Hill on West Lincoln Street in Shamokin, Northumberland County, north of Harrisburg.

Tonight's Mega Millions jackpot will be worth $32 million for the annuity, $24 million for the cash, because no players matched all of Friday night's numbers: 9, 15, 21, 40 and 54, with a Mega Ball of 11.

A Pennsylvania ticket just missed, winning $1 million for matching the first five while having the Megaplier multiplier option. The ticket was purchased at the Bobtown Market on Bobtown Hill Road in Bobtown, Greene County, in the state's southwestern corner.

Also matching five, and winning at least $250,000, were five other tickets, sold in Wisconsin, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota and California.

The Cash 5 jackpot winner was sold at Sheetz, on East 25th Avenue in Altoona, Blair County, about 100 miles west of Harrisburg. The ticket matched all five balls: 3, 5, 8, 32 and 41.
