Palmyra police seek help

Police are looking for help identifying the body of a man recovered from the Delaware River Sunday morning in Palmyra

The victim, who was seen walking into the river by witnesses hours earlier, was described by police as an African-American male, approximately 6-foot-1 to 6-foot-3 in height and 280 to 300 pounds.

He was in a black t-shirt and sweatpants with the words "Ecko Unlimited" on the thigh.
