Mega Millions is the biggest game in town, now that a West Virginia ticket hit Powerball's $79 million jackpot on Saturday night.

Twenty-five other Powerball players just missed. They all matched the five numbers - 7, 10, 12, 22 and 27 - but missed the Powerball of 26. Four won $1 million for also having the Power Play multiplier option. Those tickets were sold in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Florida and Arizona.

Three New Jersey tickets and another sold in Delaware were among the 21 that won $200,000 for having the first five without the Power Play. Florida and New York also sold three apiece, while Connecticut and Ohio each had two. With a winner each were Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.

The ticket worth an annuity of $79 million, or $44.4 million cash, was sold at ROCS Mountaineer Mart in Martinsburg.

The jackpot resets to $20 million for Wednesday's drawing.

Mega Millions, though, has an annuity jackpot of $115 million, or $79.5 million cash, for Tuesday night's drawing. That's because no one hit all the numbers drawn Friday night: 4, 13, 20, 29 and 48, with a Mega Ball of 36.

One North Carolina ticket won $1 million for having the first five numbers with the Megaplier option, which came up 4, quadrupling the usual second-tier prize of $250,000. The quarter-mil was won by seven other tickets - two in California, two in Texas, and one apiece in Massachusetts, New York and Washington.
