Video: Dancing thief steals purse from South Street BYO
Police released surveillance video of an alleged purse thief dancing while stealing a pocketbook from Entree BYO on South Street.

Police have released surveillance video of an alleged purse thief dancing while stealing a pocketbook from a South Street restaurant last month.
The suspect and a female companion walked into Entrée BYOB near 16th and South about 12:40 a.m. Sunday, July 26, police said.
As the woman used the bathroom, cameras captured the suspect breaking into an impromptu boogie and moving toward the back of the restaurant.
Still shimmying, the suspect appears to secret away a small pocketbook before cha-chaing out of the restaurant and fleeing in an unknown direction.
Investigators would also like to speak with the suspect's companion, who was seen running from the restaurant after she exited the bathroom to find the suspect had left.
