Police are looking for a man accused of fondling himself while watching children swim at a North Philadelphia public pool last month.

Police are looking for a man accused of fondling himself while watching children swim at a North Philadelphia public pool last month.

A witness told investigators that, between 1:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. on July 15, he saw the suspect standing outside the Cecil B. Moore Recreation Center, located at 2551 N. 22nd St.

The man was allegedly fondling himself as he peered over the rec center wall and into the swimming area, where several juveniles were in and around the pool, police said.

The man then walked north on the 2500 block of North 22nd Street, according to investigators.

He is described as a 5-foot-7-inch tall, balding black male of about 40 years of age with gray hair and eyeglasses. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt and dark-colored pants.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit at 215-685-3251 or 3252.
