Philly men charged with sex trafficking minors

Four Philadelphia men were charged in federal court Thursday with sex trafficking of minors, prosecutors said.

Collin Cowell, 26, Rocio Ramos, 38, Idalis Mendez, 20, and Robert Broaddus, 23, were charged with trafficking three minor girls. Mendez also was charged with one count of production of child pornography. Cowell and Mendez were charged with one count each of distributing child pornography.

If convicted, all four men face a maximum sentence of life in prison. Cowell, Ramos, and Broaddus face a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison. Mendez faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years.
