Philadelphia woman charged in prostitution sting at Home Depot parking lot

Two women were charged Tuesday as part of a prostitution sting in south Allentown.

Ashley Holloway, 21, of Philadelphia was arrested at 3:11 p.m. in the parking lot of the Home Depot, 1951 Glenwood St. S.W., by a vice detective who had responded to an ad on backpage.com, according to court records. Holloway allegedly offered the detective sex for $100.

The detective also stopped a car driven by Breeania Mason, 20, of Allentown, who police said dropped off Holloway for the sex date. Police found marijuana in her car and also on Holloway, records show.

Holloway was charged with promoting prostitution. Both women were charged with possession of marijuana. They were arraigned by District Judge Robert Halal and sent to Lehigh County Jail, Holloway on $7,500 bail and Mason on $5,000 bail.
