Overturned tractor-trailer closes I-95 lanes

An overnight tractor-trailer crash is causing delays for commuters on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia this morning.

The tractor-trailer carrying trash overturned at about 3:30 a.m. on I-95 near Bridge Street.

Trash spilled onto the highway, and the accident was blocking northbound and southbound lanes, disrupting traffic in both directions, according to PennDOT.

Lane restrictions are in place and motorists should expect delays in the area.
