A late-night row home fire in Hunting Park that spread to neighboring buildings has left more than a dozen residents displaced.

A late-night row home fire in Hunting Park that spread to neighboring buildings has left more than a dozen residents displaced.

The Philadelphia Fire Department said the blaze on the 3800 block of North Park Avenue broke out at around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Emergency crews encountered heavy fire, and the blaze spread to four other neighboring homes, damaging both their interiors and exteriors, fire officials said.

Two people were reported to have suffered minor injuries in the fire.

The Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania said early this morning that it was helping 13 people, including five children, who were displaced by the fire.

The cause of the blaze wasn't immediately known. The Fire Marshal's Office was investigating.
