Wednesday night: Breezy and colder with re-freezing. Low of 23 in Philly, and 18 in the north and west.
Thursday: Windy and much colder with a high of 29. Chills will reach the teens.
Friday: Mostly cloudy and very cold. High of 29.
Saturday: Windy and bitter cold. High of 19.
Sunday: Sunny, but bitter cold. Low of 4, and high of 18. Wind chills to minus 15.
Monday: Cloudy with a chance of snow at night. High of 32.
Tuesay: Chance of rain or snow. High of 45.
Wednesday: Partly sunny and windy. High of 43.
