Body pulled from Schuylkill River

Police are investigating after a body was pulled from the Schuylkill River this morning.

Philadelphia police said the man's body was found in the river off of the 3000 block of Penrose Avenue shortly after 8:45 a.m.

Authorities are still investigating how he died.

The man was not immediately identified.
