Man fatally shot in Chester
A man was fatally shot in Chester, Delaware County, Friday night. Police were called to the 3200 block of West Third Street shortly after 9 p.m., a county dispatcher said.
Darnell Coley died in his home shortly after shots were fired on the 3200 block of West Third Street.
Police were called to the home shortly after 9 p.m., a county dispatcher said. Coley's mother let officers inside, where they found her son with several gunshot wounds, police said Saturday night.
Medics began treating Coley, who died less than 10 minutes later, police said.
No arrest was reported.
