Two men lured a 15-year-old Chester County girl into a sexual relationship, and exchanged videos and images of themselves sexually assaulting her for months, the Chester County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday.

John Christopher Brown, 25, of Norristown, altered his appearance, told the girl he was 17, and began a sexual relationship with her, police said. Lawrence W. Jamieson Jr., 57, of Willistown Township, allegedly transported the victim to have sex with Brown and asked Brown to record the encounters. Jamieson then also began sexually assaulting the victim, police said. The two men also directed the victim to record the encounters and send the images to them.

Police said they found at least 5,000 images and videos at Jamieson's house of naked children, sexually explicit images of children, and adults sexually assaulting children.

Brown and Jamieson have been charged with sex trafficking, child pornography, sexual assault, and related charges.

Last year, Jamieson, who police said was often "in a position of care and custody for the victim," introduced the then-15-year-old victim to Brown, saying he was a 17-year-old cyberschool student. Brown, who was 23 at the time, cut his hair and shaved his beard to appear younger.

After Brown started a sexual relationship with the victim, both men began sexually assaulting her at locations in Willistown and Conshohocken, Montgomery County. They took pictures and videos, and exchanged them through text messages and emails, prosecutors said.

The alleged crimes that began in 2015 continued through July.

The Willistown Police Department received a report of child sexual abuse Aug. 1 through the ChildLine hotline and began investigating Jamieson and Brown, prosecutors said. The victim's mother told police she found text messages on her daughter's cellphone that showed the girl was engaging in sexual activity with Brown and someone she called L.

Police found thousands of images of child pornography on about 1,000 DVDs, thumb drives, and other storage devices at Jamieson's house. "Asian 4 yo" and "Roxanne 13 yo" were two of the titles on storage devices police discovered.

Jamieson and Brown have been held at the Chester County Prison since their arrests two weeks ago after not posting bail.

John Narcise, police chief in Willistown, said he had "never seen as large a trove of child pornography in the history of Chester County."

Police said there may be other victims and directed anyone with information to call Willistown Detective Steve Jones at 610-251-0222.
