Girl, 3, falls from 2nd-floor window in Germantown

A 3-year-old girl was injured Saturday afternoon after she fell from a second-floor window of a home in Germantown, police said.

The incident happened on the 500 block of Manheim Street at about 12:20 p.m.

The girl hit the back of her head and was taken by medics to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. Her condition was not known, police said.
