A 26-year-old man has been charged in a 2014 fatal home-invasion robbery in Bucks County, District Attorney David W. Heckler said Monday.

Eric Dillard Jr. and two other men allegedly participated in the July 8, 2014, triple shooting in Bristol Township that killed Joshua Johnson, 29, and Tyrone Moss, 31, and injured Lamel Duffy, 26.

Dillard, who was already in state prison for an unrelated case, was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, and related offenses.

Similar charges were filed in January against Demetrius Antonio Baker, 29.

The third alleged assailant, Anthony King, was shot to death in Philadelphia a month after the Bristol killings.

Dillard's affidavit of probable cause detailed the incident as prosecutors allege it unfolded:

Duffy told police that he, Moss, and Johnson were playing video games inside a Johnson's residence in the 900 block of Winder Drive when three unknown men entered the house.

The home invaders referred to one another as "Number One," "Number Two," and "Number Three."

Johnson, who was in a wheelchair, was thrown to the floor. Duffy was also forced to the floor, bound with zip ties, pistol whipped, and burned with a heated object. The assailants took a ring, watch and cash from Duffy.

One of the assailants left the room, then returned and said, "it's flat-line time."

Duffy was shot in the head and back, but was able to get out of the house and call out for help. A neighbor called police.

The investigation was aided by an intelligence analyst from the Pennsylvania National Guard who was able to trace Dillard, Baker and King's phones to the murder scene and then back to Philadelphia.
