The sentencing of a Mount Laurel man who killed his wife on New Year's Eve in 2014 has been pushed back to March, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said Tuesday.

Kyle Crosby's sentencing, originally scheduled for Thursday, will now be held March 10 at 3 p.m. in Superior Court in Mount Holly. He is to be sentenced to 31 years in prison, as part of a plea deal.

Crosby, 29, pleaded guilty in December to aggravated manslaughter and hindering apprehension. Prosecutors said he choked Erica Crippen, 26, at their Mount Laurel home, and then dumped her body in a wooded area in Maryland. Detectives discovered Crippen's body in March 2015 after examining Crosby's GPS device.
