Cops seek dog-walking tire slasher in Lawndale

Police are asking for help finding the dog walker who slashed the tires of more than a dozen vehicles in the city's Lawndale section.

Police on Thursday released surveillance footage a man who slashed the tires as he walked his dog at about 2 a.m. Tuesday.

In total, tires were slashed or punctured on seven vehicles on the 400 block of Hellerman Street, six vehicles on the 6300 block of Shelbourne Street and three vehicles on the 6400 block of Oakley Street.
