Chesco man shot dead in Chester City

Delaware County and Chester City detectives Wednesday were investigating the Monday night shooting death of a Chester County man at Ninth Street and Concord Avenue.

Joseph Torres, 27, of West Chester, was found about 9:50 p.m. suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and later was pronounced dead, according to police.
