Delco man arrested for indecent assault

A Delaware County man has been arrested after he allegedly slapped the buttocks of a woman jogger while on the Radnor Trail.

Paul Christopher Curtis, 27, of Media, has been charged with indecent assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, and other related charges. He was remanded to the county jail after failing to post bail, according to public records.

On Tuesday, Curtis approached the jogger near the Conestoga Road and Brookside Avenue parking lot and asked if she wanted a running partner. When she declined, he made a comment about her body, slapped her and ran off.

On Thursday, he was arrested in Media for a similar incident. The jogger on the Radnor Trail was able to identify a photo of Curtis, according to court documents.
