Service has resumed between the Thorndale and Malvern stations on SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale Regional Rail Line after a broken rail was repaired.

All inbound and outbound trains only operated between Malvern and Center City for the bulk of Friday morning while crews worked to fix the rail.

Shortly after noon, SEPTA said full service had resumed.

Some continued delays were expected while service was being restored.
