Man's partially decomposed body found in Frankford
The partially decomposed body of a man was found in a Frankford apartment building Tuesday night, Philadelphia police said. The building's property manager discovered the man, described as Hispanic and 40 years old, facedown in a third-floor apartment on the 1600 block of Wakeling Street shortly after 6 p.m.
