Francisville woman with Down syndrome reported missing
A 35-year-old woman with Down syndrome was reported missing Wednesday in the Francisville section of North Philadelphia, police said. Nede C. Edwards, of the 800 block of Perkiomen Street, was returning home with a cousin when she walked away around 5 p.m., police said. She was last seen at Vineyard and Perkiomen Streets. She was described as having very limited speech ability.
