Boy, 4, critical after fall from window

A four-year-old boy is in critical condition after falling from a bedroom window Saturday morning, police said.

The boy fell from a second floor window in his home on the 5400 block of Malcom Street in Kingsessing around 8:47 a.m., according to preliminary police information.

He was taken by medics to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he was listed in critical condition Saturday morning.
