Website matches job seekers with employers using algorithm

WARMINSTER A mother and daughter from Warminster have created a Bucks County-centric job-searching website that aims to match local employers and job seekers.

The site, www.recruitmentqueen.com, uses an algorithm similar to ones used by dating websites to match job seekers' skills with the traits employers are looking for.

Jennifer Schultz, who runs the site with her 17-year-old daughter, Ashley, said each person looking for a job fills out a skills assessment before submitting their resume to the site.

"So the employer is not getting someone who is underqualified for the position," she said.

The site is also connected to 1,300 jobs boards across the country. - Ben Finley
