Philadelphia police are searching for four people in connection with several brazen armed robberies over five days last month in Queen Village.

Police on Tuesday released photos of two of the suspects: Keenan Gentry, 20, of South Philadelphia, and Nicholas Pompeii, 19, of Girard Park. Police were also searching for two other suspects, whose names were not released.

The stickups occurred within one week of one another, police said, and targeted two men and one woman. Two took place in broad daylight.

In each, the suspects appeared to be working together, one with a handgun.

In the first incident, on Oct. 17, two suspects approached a 45-year-old man getting out of a taxi on the 700 block of South Fourth Street about 11 p.m. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at the victim, who handed over his iPhone, credit cards, and $15 in cash, police said.

The two suspects then fled in a green or gray Toyota Camry with two other men, police said.

In the second incident, Oct. 19, two suspects targeted a 35-year-old woman walking to work on the 700 block of Passyunk Avenue, police said.

One suspect pointed a gun at the woman while the other demanded money. They took the woman's purse and cellphone and, again, fled in a green or gray Camry. They rifled through her purse for valuables and then discarded it, police said.

In the third incident, Oct. 22, a 41-year-old woman was approached from behind by two suspects on the 1300 block of South Fifth Street at 6 a.m. One of the suspects, who was carrying a gun, grabbed her bags from her arm and knocked her to the ground, and then both fled, police said.

Shortly afterward, a third suspect was captured on a store's surveillance camera making "unauthorized transactions" with the woman's credit cards, authorities said.

Anyone with information about the robberies should call the South Detectives Division at 215-686-3013.
