City Council will be in the Northeast on Monday to give community members a chance to express budget concerns. The hearing is 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Lincoln High School.

The City Planning Commission approved Lancaster Square, the Drexel University dorm at 34th and Lancaster, last week. The project still needs a green light from the Zoning Board of Adjustments.

6 Strawberry Mansion gives thanks

Strawberry Mansion residents are celebrating at a "Day of Thanks" today for saving Strawberry Mansion High School from being closed this year. There will be food, music and activities at the school, at 31st and Ridge Avenue.
