Letters: The abortion doc: Don't ask, don't tell?

LET ME GET this straight - for the past 10 years or so, Dr. Kermit Gosnell has been performing questionable abortions on women in his West Philly office?

Obviously, it makes a world of sense to criticize this doctor now, but wouldn't it have made sense for more of his patients to contact the authorities after a visual scan of the environment? No, bloodstained floors and jars full of dead babies wouldn't alarm me, either. Please tell me this is an R-rated movie and not real life.
