Old boyfriend is back in touch, but what is his motive?

Steve and Mia also resolve the issue of whether a woman should keep her eyes shut.

Q: I'm a happily married woman in my 40s and just this past week a boyfriend from my 20s got in touch with me on Facebook. He's married now as well.

We exchanged pleasantries a couple of times, and then he gave me his private email and suggested I write him.

He had a reputation as a womanizer back in the day and I am wondering what path he's trying to lead me down now.

How do you think I should respond?

Steve: My final offer is this: Nothing. You give him nothing.

Mia: I had some old flame try to reignite things with me recently. At first, I felt rude by not responding, but what was there to say?

Steve's right. Go silent. That will tell that cad everything he needs to know.

Q: My girlfriend always closes her eyes when we have sex.

I'd really like her to look at me, but she says it distracts from her enjoyment.

Everything else is great, but this one thing bothers me.

What do you think is going on?

Steve: When she closes her eyes, you look exactly like Bradley Cooper.

So, it's your decision: Do you want to look like Bradley Cooper or do you want to look like you?

Mia: She may just be intent on feeling how good things are going. If you pry her eyelids open, you may ruin it for her.

So talk to her about it. Not in a hostile way. Just say something like, "Baby, I love it when you look at me during sex."

I'll bet she does it the next time.
