A talented athlete, Daevon is passionate about sports, especially basketball. The 10-year-old was thrilled to have the opportunity to play on a community team during the last basketball season. He dreams of playing the game professionally some day.
A talented athlete, Daevon is passionate about sports, especially basketball. The 10-year-old was thrilled to have the opportunity to play on a community team during the last basketball season. He dreams of playing the game professionally some day.
Until then, Daevon has a variety of interests to keep him occupied. He delights in channeling his abundant energy into any kind of physical activity. He also enjoys playing video and computer games; watching cartoons; listening to hip-hop, rhythm-and-blues, and gospel music; and going to a youth club.
Inquisitive and lovable, Daevon has a bright smile that draws people to him. He gets along well with adults and other children and easily makes friends. In school, he receives therapeutic services to help him deal with the trauma he has experienced. Math is his best subject, but the activity he likes most is gym.
Daevon would flourish with a patient, committed family that would give him unconditional love and a structured environment and would encourage and support his love of athletics. He should be the youngest or only child in the home. Daevon has a very strong bond to his younger siblings, and it is important that they remain in touch.
