Sex sting snares five in King of Prussia

Five area men have been arrested in a sting operation targeting human trafficking and the commercial sex trade in the King of Prussia area.

Authorities placed an online advertisement on Thursday offering sexual services. The ad was phenomenally successful, garnering "hundreds of communications" in text messages and phone calls, according to a statement released today by Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.

Prior to their arrests, each defendant agreed to exchange money for sex. Ferman identified the arrested as Wellington Bravo of West Chester; Richard Bruno Jr. of King of Prussia; Joseph D'Alesandro of Coatesville; Adam Lewis Goldin of Malvern; and Johnny R. Parker of Royersford.

A collaboration between the D.A.'s office and Upper Merion police, the sting was part of an initiative focusing on the sex trade at local hotels in Montgomery County.
