5 naughty indulgent treats that won't bust your caloric budget

1 GRANNY SMITH CHOCOLATE FONDUE

A crisp, tart Granny Smith apple is complemented nicely with drizzles of melted chocolate. In the fall, I switch to Honeycrisp apples (when they're in season) and occasionally drizzle with chocolate. What a treat!

2 RIPE, JUICY STRAWBERRIES WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE

One or two large, ripe strawberries dipped in melted white chocolate is a nice way to end any day. This is truly a "have your cake and eat it too" treat.

3 CARAMEL FIGS

If you like chewy, gooey desserts, nothing tastes better than dried figs drizzled with a little caramel.

4 GRANOLA WITH RAW PEANUT BUTTER

If crunch and munch is more your speed, then try a serving of your favorite granola with a tablespoon of raw peanut butter stirred into a bowl. Not only does this taste good, you'll get in some extra fiber.

5 COCONUT DATES

Despite their unappetizing appearance, dates are delicious solo, rolled in coconut, with almonds or pecans.
