Phindings: Five ribs would've filled the Phoodie's belly a little more, but otherwise, this was a winner. The ribs were a decent size, meaty, tender without being mushy and with just the right amount of fat. They were cooked on a huge open pit and finished in a not-too-sweet sauce that was tasty but could have been a little zestier.

Both sides were exceptional. The baked beans, served hot, had a spicy kick that didn't overwhelm but made you notice. The chilled slaw was crispy - not too much mayo - and flavorful.

Bonus: Whether or not you eat there, you can meet and greet former Phils fan fave Greg "Bull" Luzinski, who's there before every home game.
