Gold's next dinner, at 6:30 p.m. March 30, will feature Winter Salad With Roasted Beets, with her own freshly made mozzarella; Seared Duck Breast With Sour Cherry Sauce over Stone Ground Grits; Peach Tart (made from preserved local fruit); and a sampling of local wines. Tuition for the hands-on meal is $69 per person. Registration is required.
