The most-booked restaurant in town, acording to OpenTable, is not some flavor-of-the-month. It's been around Rittenhouse Square for nearly five years.

And while so many critics point out that Philadelphians care only about fat and carbs, the second-most-booked restaurant is a chain that advertises calorie-controlled portions.
