Chef will debut a new blackboard menu of $5 small plates to complement one of the many Pennsylvania-produced wines served here.

Stop the presses! Goldenberg's Peanut Chews needs a headline - 10 little words that describe the iconic candy and its Philadelphia roots. Your words could wind up on an I-95 billboard. You'd also get a year's supply of Chews that will be hand-delivered by former Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski in the 1967 Volkswagen Microbus that's appeared in several candy commercials. Submit through the Goldenberg's Peanut Chews Facebook page through March 6.

Your creativity is requested for an empanada-filling contest at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar (10 S. 2nd St., 215-627-0666, CubaLibreRestaurant.com), March 1-9. Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot will develop three recipes based on the top three suggestions, and voting for the best concotion will be March 18-22. The winner will be on the menu during Cuba Libre's empanada celebration in April.
