Stop the presses! Goldenberg's Peanut Chews needs a headline - 10 little words that describe the iconic candy and its Philadelphia roots. Your words could wind up on an I-95 billboard. You'd also get a year's supply of Chews that will be hand-delivered by former Eagles quarterback Ron Jaworski in the 1967 Volkswagen Microbus that's appeared in several candy commercials. Your creativity is requested for an empanada-filling contest at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar (10 S. 2nd St., 215-627-0666, CubaLibreRestaurant.com), March 1-9. Chef-Partner Guillermo Pernot will develop three recipes based on the top three suggestions, and voting for the best concotion will be March 18-22. The winner will be on the menu during Cuba Libre's empanada celebration in April.
