Charlie Sheen paranoia is spreading.
Several women who have slept with him claim that he didn't disclose he had the HIV virus. Now his Two and a Half Men costar Jenny McCarthy says Sheen is guilty of negligence for not telling her he had the virus when they pretended to be lovers on the sitcom.
"Playing even his love interest on the show, back in the day, I go, 'Ick! That's not fair. It's scary,' " she said on her Sirius XM radio show.
Sheen's manager, Mark Burg, tells People that Sheen contracted HIV "long after he left Two and a Half Men." D'oh!
Meanwhile, famed lawyer to the would-be famous Gloria Allred confirms she met with some of Sheen's ex-lovers shortly after he revealed he was HIV-positive. Do they plan to sue? She ain't saying.
An island romance
You won't find John Mellencamp, 64, at home in Bloomington, Ind. He's romancing super-female Christie Brinkley, 61, at his hideaway on Daufuskie Island, S.C. So reports TMZ, which calls it proof they're taking "their relationship to the next level."

Even vampires divorce
Sadly, TMZ says good times are not being had by Len Wiseman and his vampiric Underworld wife, Kate Beckinsale, both 42, who wed in 2004. He's been seen out alone without his wedding band while she's shooting Underworld 5 in Prague.
Says the gossip news source, "It sure seems the marriage has come to a screeching halt." There is no corroboration, and neither party has released a statement.
