Anger over Caitlyn's ESPY

The newly minted Caitlyn Jenner, who won Olympic gold in her previous life as Bruce Jenner, is ecstatic ESPN has chosen to award her its annual Arthur Ashe Award for Courage at next months' ESPY awards.

"What the [heck] am I going to wear," she tweets.

Not everyone is over the moon. Social media was afire Wednesday with complaints from sports fans who insist the award rightfully belongs to Mount St. Joseph University basketball player Lauren Hill, who continued playing while battling brain cancer. She died April 10 at 19. One fan tweets, "It should not even be a discussion. What an absolute embarrassment."

Another Hill fan, Tom Cruise's son Connor, writes, "Ashton [Kutcher] is gonna come out and yell PUNK'D."

Kunis stalker caught

Twice-convicted Mila Kunis stalker Stuart Lynn Dunn on Wednesday was caught by authorities after he flew the coop Saturday night from a mental-health facility in Pomona, Calif. Dunn was convicted in February 2012 for breaking into Kunis' vacant condominium, and in January 2013, he pleaded guilty to felony stalking. He has been incarcerated at the facility since.

But while he was giving his acceptance speech, a plane flew overhead with a massive banner reading CHEATER. Was the gag related to his ongoing divorce wars with actress Stephanie March?

Gossip petits fours

African American rapper Scrilla King, who has collaborated with Tom Hanks' rapper son Chet Haze, tells TMZ he's ended their six-year friendship because he's incensed by Chet's penchant for using a most taboo racial epithet. . . . Another second-gen celeb, Bruce's girl Rumer Willis, has added an elegant tattoo of a ballroom dancing babe on her arm to commemorate her Dancing With the Stars win. . . . Joel McHale (Community) will play a conservative pundit who joins forces with Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) on the next X-Files movie, says Variety. Gillian Anderson will costar. Look for an early 2016 release.
